Nowadays Silvana Support remains the most effective pillow with a built-in headrest. In recent years Silvana expanded the range in order to meet the large variety of customer requirements. Today also duvets are developed and produced. Silvana is progressive and uses Outlast material for example in pillows and duvets to regulate body temperature. It also produces pillows consisting of 100% recycled material.
