3. Your product comes directly after assembling or production*
* Check delivery time as it varies.

PICK UP - ALSO POSSIBLE
1. Come to our store in Bovenkarspel.
2. As soon as your product is ready.

RETURN POLICY - SIMPLE
Not happy with your product? We think that's a pity. so we will help you.
Keep the following roadmap for returns or when your product is damaged. 

PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT I WANT
You can return it. Please contact us. ( [email protected] ) 
Note the exceptions.
1. Only in a closed container
2. Not used such as, pillows and bedding. 
3. No matresses

DO YOU DELIVER AT HOME?
1. We do this by appointment for the larger items for example garden furniture. 
2. The smaller products we send by, DPD or PostNL.
